HOW WE UTILIZE USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

SHARING OF USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

WE DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES, except in in a very limited scope as specifically described below.  The limited sharing we do helps improve the user’s experience as described in the paragraph above.  We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site–you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here:  https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.  You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here:  https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We also use CrazyEgg to help us understand how our customers use the Site. We also use SendInBlue to send non-transactional emails (informational emails, promotional emails, etc). You may opt out of any non-transactional email by clicking the “unsubscribe” button in the email, or you may send a request via email to info@taxresolutioninstitute.org.  We change providers from time-to-time.  We will make a best effort to update the providers in this paragraph and information in this page accordingly.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

COMMENTS

When users/visitors leave comments on this site, the data provided by the user is collected and may be shown (1) in locations on this website such as the comments section and (2) on other platforms we control.  In addition, we may collect a visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect and minimize spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it.
